Booking Instructions

Before you follow the link at the bottom of this page to our online booking system, we would like to make you aware of what you will find.

You navigate to the month you want by clicking on the Previous / Next Month links on the top right hand side of the page. Should the resulting page be blank, then unfortunately, we have no weekends available for that month. When you have found an available date that suites your requirements, then click on the Book Now button, where you will be taken through the booking and PayPal payment procedures.

Should you wish to book just individual days, then please contact us direct.

Booking Policy

Thank you for your booking enquiry.

Your booking gives you exclusive use of the site from 4pm on Thursday until 5pm on Sunday. Additional days are available at £100 each for up to 70 people or £200 each for 70-150 people.

Please ring the caretakers at least 24 hours before you are due to arrive to arrange for the gates to be unlocked and to allow them to be there to meet you or to open up the building ready for your use.

To confirm your booking we require a 50% deposit at the time of the booking. The balance is to be paid in full at least twelve weeks prior to the date of your arrival.

Payment Options

To make your outstanding payment, you have 3 options:-

Option 1 - Cheque

Option 2 - PayPal

You can pay us via PAYPAL, making payments to otherwayssfb@yahoo.co.uk

Please include a reference in the following example

Example P Wright 25/07/10, the date indicates the starting date of the hire you wish to pay for, in this example 25th July 2010

Option 3 - Direct Bank Transfer

You may pay by direct bank transfer to Otherways - Barclays Bank > Sort Code 20-84-58 > Account No. 53001059, if you do this, please use the reference as shown in the following example.

Deposits

There is also an additional £100 cleaning deposit required, which will be returned if the site is left as it was found. You will also be required to dispose of your waste in the appropriate manner.

This can be moved to any future bookings if required, assuming the site was left in a satisfactory state. Please note that you do need to bring toilet roll, dustbin bags and cleaning products with you.

Large Groups

Groups of 150 or more should make an internet booking based on the 70-150 price and contact Mark Roberts immediately to agree final pricing, if we are unable to make an agreement your deposit will be refunded in full.

Included in the Hire

Hire of the site also includes full use of the catering kitchen and generator, but you will be required to provide your own diesel. For full details go here » kitchen

Animals

No animals of any kind are allowed on site.

Payment Refunds

Payments are non refundable unless the site is closed down. This will only happen due to extraordinary circumstances.
